While you use the free beta, PrismCAD may upload %LOCALAPPDATA%\PrismCAD\logs\prismcad-agent.jsonl over HTTPS at most once per UTC day and only when its content has changed. The log contains diagnostic planner and plugin trace events such as prompts, operation names, entity handles, routing nodes, timestamps, run IDs, and event payloads.
PrismCAD does not upload DWG or DXF files, Autodesk passwords, or CAD drawing bytes. The plugin redacts common API-key and bearer-token patterns, and Insight ITS scans and redacts diagnostic events again during ingestion.
Insight ITS uses the diagnostic log to improve PrismCAD routing and reliability. Uploads are associated with the beta license and machine identifier. Repeated uploads with the same content hash are stored only once. Logs are stored inside the existing Insight ITS system and database; they are not sent to a separate log-storage provider.
The beta is free in exchange for this diagnostic-log consent. You can stop future uploads by stopping use of the beta. The plugin will not run without a valid beta license.
