Move AutoCAD objects with natural language

Use this when you would otherwise repeat MOVE and ROTATE on a selection of desks, fixtures, or walls.

Steps

1. Select the objects in AutoCAD.
2. Run PRISMCAD.
3. Enter a request with direction, distance, and optional rotation.
4. Review the MoveEntities / RotateEntities plan.
5. Approve.

Direction and distance use the drawing’s current units. Multi-step requests using then / ; are shown as separate steps.

Update AutoCAD block attributes automatically

Use this for material codes and other supported attributes on selected blocks or named block types.

set material code to WC-01 on selection
update attribute MATERIAL to TILE-42
apply mat code ABC-123 to selection
set material code WC-02 for all toilets

The block must contain the requested tag, commonly MATERIAL or MAT_CODE. Project-wide requests such as all toilets resolve from the local drawing index.
