These Terms govern your use of websites, applications, and paid digital services operated by Insight IT Solutions LLC (“Insight IT,” “we,” “us”), including Delllusion, Impersonation, AI Library, and related offerings at insightits.com.
1. Our ownership
We own the software, user interfaces, workflows, branding, documentation, and other materials we provide through our services, except for content you supply or third-party components used under their own licenses. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute our platform or its underlying code without our written permission.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of text, files, prompts, and other material you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use that material only as needed to operate, secure, bill, and improve the service you use — including optional public features you explicitly choose.
You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that your use complies with applicable law (including copyright and privacy obligations for source books, manuscripts, and personal data).
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not use the services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Do not submit content you do not have rights to use.
- AI outputs are assistive drafts; you are responsible for review, fact-checking, and publication decisions.
4. Research previews and access
Some products are offered as research previews and may require a passkey or invitation. We may change features, pricing, limits, or availability with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Paid services
Fees, free tiers, and checkout terms shown at purchase apply. Digital purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. By paying, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method through our payment processor (e.g. Stripe).
6. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, or fitness for a particular commercial or legal purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insight IT Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if no fees were paid.
